Unlike other organs, the skin does not have its own self-cleaning mechanism, which is why it tends to accumulate residue or dead cells, especially in combination/oily skin types. Therefore, it is extremely important to carry out a good treatment that helps to deep clean and purify.

Through the process of cleansing and exfoliation, you can detach and remove the most superficial cells that settle on the stratum corneum, thereby reducing the likelihood of forming comedones or breakouts. It also stimulates blood microcirculation to ensure more oxygen reaches the skin cells, thus achieving a clean complexion that reflects freshness and vitality.

Which Cosmetics HERBERA products should you use for your detox routine?

At Herbera, we have 4 products for an impurity-free treatment:

• Botanik Mask Detox. A cleanser, exfoliator, and mask in powder form formulated with bamboo charcoal, arrowroot, burdock, green clay, and tea tree. Indicated to purify and regenerate all skin types and ideal for treating combination/oily or acne-prone skin. 64% of total ingredients are organic.

• Black Moon Cleansing balm with activated charcoal and mask for oily skin is a cleansing balm that provides the detoxifying properties of activated vegetable charcoal. It effectively cleanses the skin, unclogs pores, removes deep-seated impurities, excess oil, and dead cells. An explosion of purifying active ingredients for skin that looks revitalized and balanced. 99.2% of ingredients are of natural origin and 83% are organic ingredients.

Usage tips:

The essential step is to start with exfoliation. For this, you can use the Black Moon cleansing balm or the Botanik Mask Detox. We do not recommend using both products as masks in the same routine, one after the other. You can use them alternately: one week one, the next week the other.

Massage Black Moon onto dry skin, paying special attention to areas such as the chin, forehead, or nasolabial folds. Afterward, dampen your hands to turn this balm into a refreshing cleansing milk. Finally, rinse off with warm water and the bamboo charcoal konjac sponge.

Mix the Botanik Mask Detox with enough water to create a paste with the desired texture, apply to the face, and let it act for about 5 minutes.

Remove with the help of the bamboo charcoal konjac sponge. Finally, hydrate the skin with the Hydra-Balance Therapy facial fluid with burdock and black cumin.
