Herbera wins the award for best certified cosmetic product at Biocultura

Friends of Herbera, our new BIO SERUM range has been awarded at the BIOCULTURA Great World of BIO Gala and we cannot help but share our wonderful experience with you.

Last Friday, the 20th, the Great World of Bio Gala was held at the Palau de la Exposición in Valencia, co-organized by the Vida Sana Association/BioCultura and the Organic Agriculture Committee of the Valencian Community (CAECV), which has just turned 25. The BioCultura 2019 Awards were presented at the event.

Our new BIO SERUM range won the award for the best certified cosmetic product.

What did the jury value in order to grant us this award?

*Its high content of certified organic ingredients.

*Its innovative formulation that includes active ingredients obtained by physical methods such as natural vitamin C, ferulic acid, and hyaluronic acid. Pure natural actives to treat photoaging.

*The sustainable packaging of violet glass and recycled cardboard boxes with PEFC certification.

*The BioVidaSana Ecoplus certification (the highest category of the certification) and PETA cruelty-free.

Attending the awards ceremony was very exciting. The person in charge of handing us our green heart was Yolanda Muñoz, coordinator of Red Ecoestética, a project by the Vida Sana Association to promote certified cosmetics and make them known among professionals and consumers. After the thrill of receiving the award, I was given this short interview:

It has been a true honor to obtain this green heart alongside the rest of the winners: the television program “Hazte Eco” by Neox, the magazine Agricultura Ecológica by SEAE, Espacio Orgánico, Vegadenia, Organic Cotton Colours, Biomenú Catering Ecológico, and Juan Cháfer, a pioneer of organic farming.
With the organization of these awards, the Bio Vida Sana Association supports and gives visibility to the organic sector, focusing on small companies like ours. This type of recognition makes us more certain that hard work and effort have their rewards.

The award was won by our BIOSERUM range, of which you already know three:
